Another Amazing Weekend
This year 126 local parents and children took part in the Exmoor Expedition, walking up to 23.5km across Exmoor. The conditions couldn’t have been better with glorious sunshine and no wind. As was the case last year, there were some amazing feats of endurance on display. All of the children undertook the event with amazing determination and humour and learned the motivational benefits of mutual encouragement. It is incredible what children can achieve when they are with their friends. In total the event raised over £18k for charity. Weekends just don’t get much better.
